Bodegas Estraunza is a second generation family business situated in Rioja Alavesa on the north side of the river Ebro and on the southern foothills of the Sierra Cantabria mountain range.
50% of the grapes go through Carbonic Maceration with the remaining grapes fermented in steel. The wine is micro-oxygenated for a higher extraction of natural flavours. This process produces a violet colour with purple hues. This wine has elegant fruity aromas with a hints of liquorice. It is well rounded, fresh and velvety.
Allergens: contains sulphites.
