The geographical area where Vins Padro vineyards and winery are located belongs to the Tarragona DO, one of the oldest areas of wine production in Spain.
The grapes of this wine are held at 25C before the skins are separated from the must to finish the ferment at a lower temperature, halfing the alcoholic fermentation. This process is aimed at maintaining the youth of the wine, enhancing the fruit and the notes of spices and forales of the Garnacha Negra variety. Tasting notes: Soft and bright red characteristic of the grape. It expresses tones of red fruits such as raspberries, wrapped in a suggestive regional profile. A remarkably refreshing and light red, this wine is perfectly suited for hot seasons.
