This wine is made from grapes grown on their own vineyards that are over 100 years old with a production of less than 2,500kg per hectare. After choosing the best bunches, they are transferred to the winery in small boxes of 10 kilograms to be selected at the tables before being blended. In the vat, the wine is pumped daily to extract the noblest tannins until the end of its fermentation. In the end, about 2,000 litres of powerful and structured broth is obtained that is then aged in new French oak barrels.
